We take customers security very seriously. Rest assured, no personal information will ever be shared. All payment information is backed by some of the industry's best fraud protection.

How can I pay for my order?

After initiating the checkout process you will have the option to complete the payment using any major credit card, we also accept most commonly used online payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, etc) as well or checkout with Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can create one for free at Paypal.com.

Do You Have A Sizing Chart?
We do our best to list all product sizes in the product's description. Simply click on the product and scroll down.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Our products generally ship within 3-5 business days. Due to covid delays , please allow up to 7 to 15 business days for delivery within the USA. 

How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping costs are calculated by weight. You pay what we pay. Nothing more. Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout so you can see the total cost before you finish making your order!

Can I cancel my order?
We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled. The package can be returned as indicated below.

What Is Your Return Policy?
If there is a print mistake, a reprint can be ordered immediately. 


I received my order and would like a refund
If you have received your order and would like a refund you must send it back at your expense within 30 days of receiving it. All apparel must be unworn in new condition. Upon receiving your apparel back, we will issue a full refund, less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee to cover labour and packaging materials used to send your order.

I received my order and would like to exchange for another size
If you have received your order and would like an exchange you must send it back at your expense within 7 days of receiving it. All apparel must be unworn in new condition. Upon receiving your apparel back, we will happily resend out your new item. Please note, you must pay an additional $4.95 USD (or equivalent in your country's currency) for the new shipping. 

Why do my clothes have a vinegar smell when I open the package?
Unlike retail stores, our clothing is printed just for you. Once it is printed, it is packaged to be sent to you. A fixative applied to the printed design can smell a bit like vinegar or have an off white or light yellow appearance. This smell completely goes away after letting the clothing air out for a bit or after the first wash. 

How should I wash my printed garments?
In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
